A lot of those boxes that have been waiting all winter long are going
to get found this weekend. We're going after a mountain top one and my
son is going to place his first stamp he carved.
I hope you have nice weather where you are.

That is SO great that he is excited! Hopefully the black flies will still be at rest where ever you are going up there!
Stay safe! Hope to get out on Monday myself! Would rather be out all three days but family duties call! - not to mention a lawn that makes people think the house is vacant!
Happy LB'ing!

I have a lawn like that. Happy Memorial day all and have fun
letterboxing to all that are participating.

Don't you wish you could just request that the lawn would stop
growing or that it would cut itself?
Did some cutting yesterday, planting for an upcoming event today,

Or you can say ta hell with the lawn and go hiking. We went on a 6 mile
round trip hike up Buck Mt in Lake George NY and my son hid two of his
boxes on the way up.

That's very cool! Bout time the kids learned that some of the best scenery is made by God and not by Microsoft or Sony :)
Hope to get out sometime tomorrow. I really need a hike! Family is in town, hard to get them down the driveway let alone up a mountain. May just have to sneak out for a bit!

From the looks at the traffic he should have a first finder soon. He is
stoked and what he really enjoyed the best was the view from the top of
the Mt. How about that :-)

i'd like to say to heck with the lawn but have a bored old lady next
door that will call the police if my lawn gets too high. I should
introduce her to letterboxing. With the addiction she won't have
time to measure my lawn. hehe.

Nah, she'd probably collect the boxes and hold them hostage until you mowed your lawn. I had a neighbor like that - she is now free of her earthly bounds! :) I had nothin' to do with it in case you were wondering. Think she blew an artery or something.

-LOL so true. She would do that. Her husband died a year or so ago
and the cops (I work with most of them on nights) are still trying
to find out how I did it. It wasn't really me it was cancer.
